I'm Abi

A Mother of seven, Grandmother, Medicine Woman, Mentor and Teacher; my life has unfolded as a sacred journey into the depths of the feminine mystery. From the tender years of my maidenhood, I felt a bone-deep knowing that my path was to mend ancestral wounds and guide others along their own healing journeys. This calling has woven itself through my life, guiding me through a rich tapestry of life teachings. Although I have many qualifications in the healing arts, it's this lived embodied experience that allows me to navigate the depths with the women that come to me for guidance on their healing journey.

This is My Story.

My initiation into womanhood has been shaped by the alchemy of personal trials. I have faced the shadows of sexual abuse, reclaimed my bodies healing power by clearing the imprints of allopathic drugs, healed the fertility challenges following a full and partial oophorectomy, addressed the legacy of ancestral kidney disease. I have weathered the storm of violent relationships, mourned the loss of sisters to cancer, and embraced the deep work of healing a deep, dark mother wound. Each of these trials has been a sacred teacher, guiding me on a path of healing and deepening my understanding of the feminine's collective wounding.

As a Maga, an Autumn Queen, My work has evolved to teach the expertise I've gained, to guide women through all rites of passage, but particulary the menopausal portal. The transition into Menopause has been the hardest, most powerful and transformative period of my life and has been ongoing for almost a decade. Encompassing change in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual planes. So many women are disembodied and miss the profound opportunity to rebirth themselves into the wise grandmothers that the earth and its children need now.

With over 25 years of experience in the healing arts, I am devoted to helping women heal, reclaim their power, and harmonize their bodies with the earth. The medicine I offer is woven into the cycles of life, death, and rebirth, honoring each woman’s journey back to wholeness and embracing her wild essence, her raw, feral feminine power

My Approach

In my work with women, I seek to awaken the full spectrum of the feminine essence. Understanding that true healing occurs in a multidimensional way, I use homeopathy, flower essences, reiki, horse medicine, shamanic practice, sacred touch and women’s ceremonial immersions to facilitate this multifaceted approach to healing. I educate and guide women away from allopathic systems that suppress their bodies and spirits. Through these healing arts, I help women identify and release the layers of conditioning and trauma, leading them back to their wild power and innate embodied wisdom.

Although as homeopath I treat all kinds of ailments, I have a special interest and expertise in helping women balance their hormones. I do this using many homeopathic modalities, from treating ancestral trauma, detoxing the contraceptive pill and other allopathic medications. I weave together sound no nonsense nutritional advice, alongside the use of adaptogens and herbs. There are many tools in my box, and I am always studying and learning from my casework, so each individual is different.
